Cancellation Policy & Terms

Early Cancellation
Cancellation request within 48 hours of order booking - 100% Refund.

After 48 Hours Cancellation
Cancellation request after 48 hours from order booking time - HBH shall deduct 5% of project value as design presentation & marketing cost. The balance amount shall be refunded.

After One Week Cancellation
Cancellation request after 1 week or upon starting the design or a design team site visit (whichever is earlier) - HBH shall deduct all booking amount or 10% of project value, whichever is higher.

After Site Work Begins
Cancellation request after starting the site work - No refund will be provided. The customer shall be obligated to pay the balance of the project value if wooden work is in progress in the factory.
